Managing Time

“I don’t have the time” or “there is not enough hours in the day” are the phrases we often here ourselves saying. The greatest pressures we experience are the ones that we put on ourselves. Time pressure often leads to stress, which impacts our work and personal life.

Perhaps you have a demanding job or run your own business and are struggling to keep up with the never-ending demands placed upon you. You work through lunch, work at home, and find yourself thinking or worrying about work even when you aren’t actually working.

We need to agree priorities that are realistic and focus on these, as well as being able to delegate, delay or re-prioritise tasks. Working with a coach can be the difference between feeling perpetually overwhelmed and feeling in control and ready to move forward with purpose and confidence.
