To be successful, a senior executive needs to to be able to communicate. Communication is a two-way process, with leaders needing to listen as much as they are explaining. But as a leader, you very rarely get feedback and without this, how can you improve and strengthen your communication skills.
It may be that you provide too much detail, much more than is actually needed or required. It could be that you are having difficulty engaging people and getting your message across. Maybe, its just not being very confident in your delivery and not having as much executive presence as you would like.
Coaching can look at the challenges that need to be resolved and the obstacles that are in the way to enabling successful communication. Coaches work with you and help with interpersonal and team communications. They can also help leaders prepare for keynote addresses and board presentations.
